Website privacy
Clear choices. Minimal collection.
The website is designed to collect only the information needed to understand a service request and to keep customer details out of browser analytics.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, the site may record page paths, anonymous campaign tags, the external referring host, broad source classification, form-start and successful service-request events, and phone or callback-button clicks. This helps 3 Peaks understand which pages and sources produce useful inquiries.
Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it. You can reopen your choice from the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.
Information analytics does not receive
- Your name or phone number.
- Your street address, city or ZIP code.
- Your project description or other free-form form text.
- An internal customer, request, estimate, invoice or job identifier.
- Payment, account, government-identifier or gate-code information.
Service-request information
The public service-request form is limited to your contact details, service address, project type and project description. The request record also carries sanitized campaign and referral details, including paid-click identifiers when present, so 3 Peaks can connect advertising cost to real service outcomes. Those identifiers stay out of browser analytics. Do not include payment details, identity documents, gate codes or other secrets.
Each verified submission is stored as a recoverable intake record and delivered to the 3 Peaks team for follow-up. 3 Peaks uses duplicate protection, keeps customer details out of analytics and retains request information under its approved retention policy. Call (970) 620-9758 for questions about a request or its retention.
Measurement limits
A form event is an inquiry signal, not a booked job, completed job, payment or profit result. Campaign decisions will use verified job and payment outcomes rather than raw inquiry counts.
